摘要
深圳南山幕墙预应力结构由竖向拉索与水平鱼腹式空腹桁架构成,基于MIDAS/Gen对结构进行了受力和变形分析,确定了张拉时每层拉索的预应力值。采用"分层安装提升、逐层调整索长、一级张拉成型"的施工方法。该方法避免了预应力施工和玻璃安装施工的交叉进行,从而保证了结构施工过程中的安全。
The curtain wall prestressed structure of Shenzhen Nanshan district is made of vertical cables and vierendeel truss of horizontal lenticular type. Based on software MIDAS / Gen,structure stress and deformation were analyzed to determine the prestressed value of each cable. Using construction method of layered installation and ascension,adjusting the cable length layer by layer,tensioning cables at one time to form structure model,the cross construction of prestressing and glass installation can be avoid to ensure the safety in construction process.
