流砂地层盾构始发土体加固盐水冻结技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 为有效解决流砂地层条件下的盾构始发端部土体加固问题,以天津海河"共同沟"隧道施工为例,在调研国内外相关研究文献的基础上,根据盾构始发施工的成功经验,从方案设计、设备选型及重点工序控制等方面,详细分析了盐水冻结技术在土压平衡盾构始发土体加固中的应用,并针对施工过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的应对措施。 To solve the soil stabilization problem of shield launching under quicksand stratum,the utility tunnel construction in Haihe at Tianjin was used as an example. Based on the investigation and survey of relevant research literature at home and abroad,and successful experiences of EPB TBM launching under quicksand stratum,brine freezing technology for soil stabilization of EPB TBM launching was analyzed in detail from the aspects of schematic design,equipment selection,key process control and so on. Aiming at solving the problems during EPB TBM launching,some appropriate measures were put forward.
