摘要
针对海口国际金融中心地下水及基坑土质情况,对其地下工程防水进行方案技术分析。因海南常年高温、多台风、多雨水,潮湿性较强,经与传统卷材防水方案进行对比分析,决定使用新型防水材料——CPS反应黏结型防水卷材技术进行防水设计。详细介绍了此种防水卷材在地下室底板、侧墙、顶板的施工工艺流程及施工中的质量控制关键要点。实践表明,该技术应用效果良好,经济合理。
Based on analysis of the ground water and geological condition of HNA International Financial Center,this paper researches the scheme of technological analysis of waterproofing for the underground project. Due to the hot temperature all the year and moist environment of Hainan Province,the new waterproof material,such as CPS waterproofing membrane is decided to apply compared with the scheme of traditional waterproof membrane. The waterproof membrane was applied to basement foundation slab,side wall and roof,and the construction process and key points for quality control is set out in detail. The application result is good,which proves the economy and efficiency of the material.
