绍兴乔波冰雪世界滑雪馆保温及防水综合施工技术

Integrated Construction Technology of Insulation and Waterproofing in the Qiaobo World of Ice and Snow in Shaoxing

绍兴乔波冰雪世界工程超大空间制冷保温技术国内较为罕见,在中国南方地区属首次应用。屋面保温则采用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温板叠加和玻璃丝保温棉组合;墙体围护结构综合了蒸压砂加气块、聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温板、保温砂浆并且中间夹杂空气层相组合的形式;而滑雪坡道采用挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温板叠加的方式,部分管道则采用橡塑保温棉的方式。介绍了整个滑雪馆屋面、墙面、楼地面三大系统6个面的保温节能和防水关键措施。

Combined with the Qiaobo World of Ice and Snow project in Shaoxing,the large space refrigeration and insulation technology in China is rare,and it is first used in South China. The insulation and waterproofing technology includes roofing insulation with extruded polystyrene foam insulation stack of glass plates and wire insulation cotton; wall structure integrating sand autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,polystyrene foam insulation board,thermal insulation mortar and a mixture between air layer combination form; and ski slope with extruded polystyrene foam insulation overlay board,part of the pipeline is made of rubber plastic heat insulation cotton. This paper introduces the insulation, energy saving and waterproof key measures of the 6 main systems of the roof,wall and floor of the whole ski hall.
