摘要
铜片止水安装工艺多为预埋在分期施工的现浇混凝土结构中。结合某船闸地下连续墙支护施工的底板结构中现场采用地下连续墙上凿槽安装铜片止水新工艺,使用高强度黏结材料、多道工序的细节控制手段,采用顶、推、压、顺等工艺措施,使铜片止水嵌固可靠并适应与地下连续墙的轴线尺寸误差,与混凝土底板结构相连形成封闭,取得良好施工效果。
Copper waterproofing are usually installed in cast-in-situ concrete structure constructed in stages. During the construction of bottom slab above underground concrete diaphragm wall in a ship lock work,the copper waterproofing were installed by means of cutting slots and applying high strength cohesive material under multiple supervisory controls with various process such as pushing and pressing,and make sure the reliable embedding and acceptable deviation of axis dimension of underground diaphragm wall. The outline of the copper waterproofing was matching with the profile of the concrete bottom slab nicely and formed perfect closure.
