摘要 为有效解决常规有机保温材料如XPS,EPS等应用在倒置式屋面保温系统中受其材料自身保温防火性能差、强度低易变形老化及后期维修困难成本大的缺陷及施工工艺的限制而难以满足现代建筑物对防火及节能环保要求的问题,首次在重庆地区引进一种新型保温材料——泡沫玻璃保温板,并以重庆国金中心T3/T5塔楼倒置式屋面保温工程为例,阐述了该新型保温材料的材料性能、施工工艺流程、安装方法、注意事项及技术标准。因其优异的材料特性及优化的施工工艺,在提高工程质量、加快安装进度、减少安全隐患、增强节能环保性能等方面取得了良好的效果。 In order to effectively solve the problems of conventional organic heat preservation material such as XPS,EPS and other applications in the inverted roof insulation system by the defects of its own fire insulation poor performance,low strength deformation aging,post maintenance difficulties large cost and by the limit of construction process,difficult to satisfy the modern buildings on fire and energy saving and environmental protection requirements,a new type of insulation material-foam glass insulation board is introduced in the Chongqing area. Based on the Chongqing IFC tower T3 / T5 inversion type roof insulation engineering as an example,this paper describes the material properties,construction process,installation method,attention matters and the technical standard of the new thermal insulation material.Because of its excellent material properties and its optimization construction process,achieved good results in the improvement of engineering quality,speed up the progress of the installation,reduce security risks,enhance energy saving and environmental protection performance.
