中国企业在开展海外并购活动时往往没有足够重视人事尽职调查的问题.论文阐述了什么是人事尽职调查,以及人事尽职调查在海外并购中的重要性,重点介绍了开展人事尽职调查的适当时机和项目内容等,以期为中国企业在开展海外并购时的人事尽职调查提供思路和参考.
This paper puts the light to the human resources due diligence which Chinese firms are inclined toneglect when they do cross-border MA. This paper explained what human resources is,the importance of humanresources due diligence in MA activity,and how to do a human resources due diligence job at a good timing. Thispaper also mentioned how Chinese do post merger integration in human resources field.
