河南省公共服务满意度调查研究

An Investigation of Public Services Satisfaction in Henan Province

以河南省18个地市实地调研数据为基础,结合主成分分析法和多层模糊综合评价理论,对河南省公共服务满意度水平进行实证分析.研究表明:河南省居民对于政府在公共事业、社会保障、道路交通、环境保护、公共安全、医疗卫生和基础教育7个领域提供的公共服务都达到基本满意的程度.其中,基础教育和医疗卫生领域的满意度水平较高,公共事业和社会保障领域的满意度水平最低.要想进一步提高居民的满意度水平,河南省政府应当加大对公共事业和社会保障领域的投入力度,加强这两个领域的公共服务建设和保障力度.

The article made an empirical analysis of public services satisfaction based on the survey data of 18 cities in Henan Province by using principal component analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The studyfound that residents＇ satisfactions with the services provided by Henan government in public utilities,socialsecurity,road traffic,environmental protection,public safety,health and basic education have reached a basic levelof satisfaction,and the satisfaction levels in basic education and health fields are high,while the satisfaction levelsin public utilities and social security are low. To improve residents＇ satisfaction levels,the Henan ProvincialGovernment should increase the investment in public utilities and social security,and enhance service constructionin these both areas.
