急性冠状动脉综合征患者血浆细胞分化抗原40配体L变化的临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征患者血浆细胞分化抗原40配体L变化的临床意义.方法:选取急性冠状动脉综合征患者87例,所有患者给予口服氯吡格雷70 mg/次,1次/d,持续30 d,患者治疗期间积极给予对症治疗.对患者治疗前、治疗后1 d、7 d及30 d的血浆细胞分化抗原40配体L水平进行观察.结果:患者治疗后1 d、7 d及30 d的血浆细胞分化抗原40配体L水平均明显低于治疗前血浆细胞分化抗原40配体L的水平(P<0.05),且随着治疗时间的延长患者血浆细胞分化抗原40配体L水平呈逐渐下降的趋势(P<0.05).结论:血浆细胞分化抗原40配体L变化可为临床判断急性冠状动脉综合征患者病情变化和预后提供科学参考,临床应用价值较大,值得推广与应用. AIM: To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of plasma cellular differentiation antigen 40 Ligand L in patients with acute coronary syndrome. METHODS : A total of 87 patients with acute coronary syndrome were given orally clopidogrel 70 mg/time, 1 time/d, 30 d. Meanwhile, the patients were given symptomatic treatment. The levels of plasma cellular differentiation antigen 40 ligand L were observed before and 1,7 and 30 days after treatment. RESULTS : The levels of plasma cell differentiation antigen 40 Ligand L l, 7 and 30 days after treat- ment were all significantly lower than that before treatment. Besides, the levels of plasma cell differentiation antigen 40 Ligand L gradually declined with the extension of treatment time (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: The changes of plasma cell differentiation antigen 40 ligand L can be used as a clinical judgment for acute coronary artery syndrome and provide scientific reference of its prognosis, with worthy of promotion and clinical application.
