南昌市三甲医院护理人员品质管理圈知信行现状分析及影响因素

Analysis of the current situation of KAP of nursing staff in QCC implementation and influencing factors in a certain hospital at the level of grade III class A in Nanchang city

目的:了解南昌市三甲医院护理人员品质管理圈(QCC)知识、态度、行为现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群抽样法,对南昌市三甲医院128名护理人员问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果:接受本次调查的护理人员,QCC知识得分为(23.94±1.64)分,知晓率为85.50%;QCC态度得分为(23.36±0.68)分,得分率为93.45%;QCC行为得分为(24.14±2.05)分,依从率为80.45%。影响护理人员QCC知信行的主要因素是职称、学历及培训经历。结论:护理人员QCC知识一般,QCC态度较积极,但QCC行为得分较低,护理人员QCC行为有待提高,应加强护理人员QCC行为的监督、管理;定期开展QCC知识培训,加强护理人员对QCC的全面了解。

Objective： To analyze the current situation of KAP of nursing staff in QCC implementation and the influencing factors in a certain hospital at the level of grade III class A in Nanchang city. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 128 nursing staff in a hospital in Nanchang city and the data were analyzed. Results： In the investigated nurses,the scores of mastering QCC knowledge were 23. 94 ± 1. 64 and the awareness was 85. 50%; the scores of attitude were 23. 36 ± 0. 68 and the scoring rate was 93. 45%; the scores of practice were 24. 14 ± 2. 05 and the compliance rate was 80. 45%. The main factors that affect the KAP of nursing staff were professional title,educational background and training experience. Conclusion： The mastery of QCC knowledge of nursing staff is in the general level and the supervision and management of nurses＇ KAP should be strengthened and it is necessary to carry out regular training on QCC knowledge of nursing staff.
