昆明市公立医院合同护士工作压力及相关影响因素分析

Analysis of job stressors and related influencing factors in contract nurses in public hospitals in Kunming city

目的:探讨昆明市公立医院合同护士工作压力及相关影响因素,为合同护士管理提供一定的依据,以保证合同护士的身心健康,提高护理质量,稳定护理队伍。方法:使用随机抽样法,抽取云南省昆明市4所公立医院共114名合同护士,采用一般资料调查表、护士工作压力源量表进行调查。结果:昆明市4所公立医院合同护士总工作压力水平为(77.816±21.237)分;排在前3位的工作压力源分别是工作量及时间分配问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题以及患者护理方面的问题;不同学历之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理管理者应重视影响合同护士工作压力的主要原因,尽早采取切实可行的相关办法,降低合同护士的工作压力,以进一步稳定护理队伍,不断提升护理质量。

Objective： To explore the job stressors and analyze the related influencing factors in contract nurses in public hospitals in Kunming city in order to provide the reference for the management of contract nurses. Methods： The job stressors scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 114 contract nurses of 4 public hospitals in Kunming city. Results： The scores of job stressors of the contract nurses of 4 public hospitals in Kunming city were 77. 816 ± 21. 237. The top 3 job stressors were the workload and time allocation,specialty and problems in patient care（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The nursing managers should pay attention to the main reasons affecting the job stressors of the contract nurses and take effective measures to reduce their work pressure so as to further stabilize the nursing team and improve the quality of nursing care.
