摘要
河套淡雅浓香型白酒是在学习川酒生产工艺的基础上,通过融合河套酒业多年来在大曲、窖泥、生产工艺上研究的成果,借鉴台湾金门酒业的机械化生产方式,设计实现了浓香型白酒纯粮固态机械化生产工艺,形成了具有独特地域特征的产品风格和生产工艺。
Elegant- type Luzhou- flavour liquor On the basis of studying technological characteristics of Sichuan liquor,Hetao elegant- type Luzhou- flavour liquor is a Research result Hetao Liquor Industry has researched about Daqu, pit mud, production technology for many years. We have designed and implemented production process mechanization of Luzhou flavor liquor solid fermentation by using the experience of Taiwan Kinmen Liquor Industry Mechanized production. the product stylefabric style and technology have its own regional characteristics.
