以嘌呤产量较高的啤酒酵母作为出发菌株,利用激光诱变手段对其进行诱变,最终筛选出一株嘌呤产量低的啤酒酵母V020,该菌株发酵性能好,且遗传性能稳定,总嘌呤产量较出发菌株降低43.48%。
Saccharomyces cerevisiae VS was induced mutation by laser radiation. To screen a stable, low purine- producing strain with stable heritability. Finally, a strain of yeast was selected according to intended purpose, and total purine content was reduced by 43.48%.
