镁铝尖晶石对方镁石-复合尖晶石砖性能及抗V_2O_5侵蚀性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以高纯镁砂、高铁镁砂、铁铝尖晶石砂、镁铝尖晶石为原料,于1 600℃烧成制备了方镁石-复合尖晶石试样,研究不同镁铝尖晶石对试样性能的影响,采用SEM观察和分析了V_2O_5气氛侵蚀后试样的微观形貌。结果表明:添加75MA和90MA的试样,显气孔率随着尖晶石含量的增加先增加后降低;添加66MA的试样,显气孔率随着尖晶石含量增加而增加;添加三种尖晶石的试样,耐压强度、高温抗折强度均随着尖晶石含量增加而降低;添加12%75MA和90MA试样的热震稳定性好于添加66MA的试样;添加90MA的试样,尖晶石含量越高,试样的抗侵蚀性越好;添加66MA尖晶石的试样,尖晶石含量越高,试样的抗侵蚀性越差;当试样中MA含量相同时,Al_2O_3含量越高,试样的抗V_2O_5侵蚀性越好。 Periclase-compound spinel brick is produced that the raw materials selected for this paper are high purity magnesite, ferruginous magnesite, hercynite and magnesia alumina spinel. Samples were fired in the temperature of 1 600℃ for 3 hours. The erosion morphologies and phase structures of the periclase-compound spinel bricks were examined by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that apparent porosity increased before and reduced after when 75MA and 90MA was added into samples with magnesia alumina spinel. Apparent porosity increased when 66MA was added into samples with magnesia alumina spinel content. Crushing strength, Hot modulus of rupture reduce with magnesia alumina spinel content when three kind spinel was added into samples; Thermal shock resistance was better when spinel was 75MA and 90MA; Erosion-resistance improve with spinel content when 90MA was added into samples, is bad with spinel when 65MA was added into samples, is better with Al2O3 content when magnesia alumina spinel content is same.
