通过论述技术创新项目的评审在评审主体、评审观念、评审方式、评审指标体系和评审视角等方面的变化趋势,由此阐明科学系统的技术创新项目评审观念、程序、方法及其作用。
The appraising of technology innovation is very important for its ach ievement and averter of the latent risk.This paper discusses the evolvement and the trend of technology innovation in the area of the principal part of appraisi ng,the concept of appraising,the method of appraising.the target sysem of apprai sing and the visual angle of appraising.Thispaper also elucidates the concept,pr ogrammed.method and the effect of the scientific system appraising of technology innovation.
