PVC管桩在软土地基处理中的实验研究

摘要 为了提高路基工程中软土地基的处理效率,根据地基处理中挤密并排水固结原理,利用PVC管作为管桩对软土地基进行处理。根据地基承载力及变形实验,得出待处理地基位移-荷载关系曲线,从而评价处理前后综合地基承载力的变化。实验表明,在沉降良好的原状土中,每平米压入6根管径为75 mm的PVC管桩,其地基承载力可提高至1.909 MPa,而变形量小于14 mm,可满足路基的承载力及变形要求。 In order to improve the efficiency of roadbed engineering of soft soil foundation treatment,according to the foundation treatment of compaction and the theory of drainage consolidation,it was used PVC pile as the pipe pile to deal with soft soil foundation.According to the foundation bearing capacity and deformation test in foundation displacement load curve,the relation between displacement and load was obtained,so as to evaluate the bearing capacity of composite foundation changes before and after processing. Experimental results show that in the original raw soil with good settlement, six 750 mm PVC pipes are pressed in per square meter. Its foundation bearing capacity can raise to 1.909 MPa, and the deformation is less than 14 mm, It can satisfy the requirement of the subgrade bearing capacity and deformation.
