《陪都十年建设计划草案》的制订及规划评述

A Review on the Formulation and Planning Text of Draft of Ten-Year Planning on the Construction of the Alternate Capital

《陪都十年建设计划草案》作为我国近代城市规划史中重要的都市计划案,对研究我国近代城市规划及其理论方法具有重要意义。本文以该计划草案为研究对象,梳理相关历史文献,主要论述陪都计划的缘起、起草机构人员与过程,简要介绍陪都计划的结构框架和主要内容,并且分析计划案中所体现的近代西方城市规划思想,最后评价其历史地位及价值。

Draft of Ten-Year Planning on the Construction of the Alternate Capital, as an important text in modern urban planning history of China, has great signiifcance for studying the modern urban planning and theoretical methods. Centering on this planning text, this paper mainly discusses the reasons, institutions, participants and planning process based on historical documents, and brielfy introduces the structure and main contents of the planning text. Moreover, this study analyses the modern western urban planning theories embodied in the planning, and evaluates its historical status and value.
