改性纳米HZSM-5催化剂改质焦化汽油研究

摘要 采用水热处理和负载过渡金属氧化物对纳米HZSM-5分子筛催化剂进行组合改性.表征结果表明,改性后的HZSM-5总酸量降低,L酸量与B酸量比值增加.焦化汽油改质评价结果表明,硫质量分数由原料的1856μg/g降至257μg/g,芳烃和异构烷烃体积分数分别由12.5%和15.5%增加到22.8%和39.0%,研究法辛烷值提高约25个单位. Nanoscale HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst was hydrothermally treated with steam and loaded with transition metal oxides.The characterization results showed that after the treatment the total HZSM-5 acidity of the catalyst decreased and the L and B acidity increased.The results indicated that sulfur mass fractions in gasoline decreased from 1856 μg/g to 257 μg/g,the aromatics and isoparaffin volume fractions increased from 12.5% and 15.5% to 22.8% and 39.0% over the catalyst,respectively,and RON had an increment of about 25 unit in coker gasoline upgrading process.
