通过对目前师范生顶岗实习及中小学教师职前培训现状的分析,提出将师范生顶岗实习与职前培训进行有机结合,以职前培训的思想完成师范生的顶岗实习,使职前培训式顶岗实习成为教育均衡、师范专业实习教学模式改革及农村校本培训中的一种新尝试.

By means of analyzing the present situation of the substituted post exercitation of primary and middle school teachers,a dynamic integration was proposed for substituted post exercitation and pre-service training.Substituted post exercitation will be accomplished by the ideology of pre-service training,and the exercitation will become a new attempt to balance education and reform the practice teaching form of normal specialties and countryside school-based training.
