对吉林西部地区农民工就业信息服务体系构建的思考

On the Construction of Migrant Workers in Western Region of Jilin Employment Information Service System

吉林西部地区人群主要以农民为主,该地区地质以碱土为主,十年九旱,农作物产量较低,经济发展相对落后.在该地区,大量农民为增加收入和改善生活质量而进城打工.吉林西部地区农民工就业面临诸多困难和问题,亟需建立相对完善的就业信息服务体系,切实为农民工就业提供帮助.本文阐述了吉林西部地区农民工就业服务体系构建的意义,并对吉林西部地区农民工就业服务体系现状进行了详细分析,提出了服务体系构建的若干建议,希望能对吉林西部地区农民工就业提供帮助.

The population of Western Jilin area are mainly farmers. The geology of the area is mainly with alkaline earth. Because of nine years of drought,crop yields are low. So economic development is relatively backward. In the area,a large number of migrant workers go to work in cities in order to increase income and improve the quality of life. The western region of Jilin migrant workers' employment is faced with many difficulties and problems. So it is urgent to establish a relatively perfect employment information service system to help migrant workers employment feasibly. This paper mainly expounds the construction of migrant workers employment service system in the western region of Jilin,and analyzes the present situation of migrant workers in the western region of Jilin employment service system in details,and some suggestions are put forward for the construction of the service system to provide employment to help migrant workers in the western region of Jilin.
