教学运行管理是学校教学管理部门在遵循教育教学基本规律的基础上对于教学运行的一系列内容进行的教育组织管理行为.教学运行过程中的质量控制关键数据主要有培养方案课程开课率、任课教师职称结构、任课教师调(停)课率、课堂教学质量评价、期末考试命题结构与成绩、应届毕业生毕业率与学位授予率六个质量控制关键数据.通过对教学运行质量控制关键数据进行收集、分析与使用,并建立相关的工作机制,可以有效地推动学校人才培养质量的提升.

Teaching operation management is an education organization and management behavior of the school teaching management on the basis of the education teaching basic rules for the operation of teaching a series of content. The key data of the teaching quality control in the running process are main cultivation program curriculum classes' rate,teachers title structure,classroom teachers' adjustment( stop) rate,classroom teaching quality evaluation,the final paper structure and performance,the rate of fresh graduates and graduation rates degree- conferring. These are six key data of quality control. It can effectively promote the school talent training quality improvement by the teaching operation quality control key data collection analysis and use,and setting up the relevant working mechanism
