Practical Ways on Strengthening the Ideological and Political Work for College Students in the New Situation

新的历史时期,大学生思想政治工作面临着诸多困境和挑战,破解困境、迎接挑战是每一位思想政治教育工作者的责任和使命。本文从增强思想政治工作针对性、加强"问题大学生"的引导、缓解大学生对立情绪、为大学生树立良好榜样四个方面来展开论述,以期为进一步做好新形势下大学生思想政治工作提供实践借鉴与参考。

Ideological and political work is faced with many difficulties and challenges,breaking the predicament,facing the challenge in new historical period,which is the responsibility and mission of the ideological and political education workers. This article discusses from four dimensions of the ideological and political work for college students——the pertinence principle,the alteration of "Exceptional undergraduates",relief the antagonism attitude of the students,and setting up examples for college students. It is hoped to prove the experience and theoretical reference for the further jobs of ideological and political work for college students.
