This paper mainly discusses the editorial department management in the university. Management mechanism and the quality of the editors in the editorial department of journal is the basic element to obtain a good journal. The daily work in the editorial department of journal is trivial and complicated. How to make it standardized,institutionalized,scientific,it can not only reflect the management level in the editorial department of journal,but also can promote the quality of the journal steadily.
