清末民初奉天省地方政策探微——以洮南府公文为例

The Local Policy at the End of the Qing Dynasty in the Early Years of the Republic of Fengtian Province——Take the Documents of Taonan for example

清末民初的洮南府于清光绪三十年五月二十一日(1904年7月4日),由盛京将军奏准设置,是奉天省北部重镇,也是奉天省北部的政治、经济中心。以洮南府地方政策公文为例可以揭示清末民初蒙边地区基层社会管理和民众社会生活的一般规律。

At the end of the Qing Dynasty Taonan palace in the Qing Dynasty Emperor Guangxu 30 years( May 21 st July 4,1904),a general of Shengjing played the quasi set,and is the town of Fengtian province in the north,and also the Fengtian province north political,economic center. Now it is the important town Mongolian boundary area of Western Jilin. The local policy Tao House document for example can reveal the general laws of the late Qing Dynasty Mongolian boundary area of grassroots social management and social life.
