在思想政治教育环境不断发生变化的新时期下,我国高校思想政治教育工作面临新的挑战,如何以创新和发展的思路迎接挑战已成为教育者要去探索的新课题。作为解决方法,现阶段高校思想政治教育的未来发展道路必须着眼于完善实践体系,适应高校思想政治教育环境的变化,增强其针对性和实效性,逐步形成从宏观、中观到微观目标的立体多维思想政治教育实践目标体系,以人为本,洞悉教育环境变化轨迹和规律,构建适应环境变化的载体体系、途径体系、方法体系和管理评价体系。

In the new period,ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing new challenges. How to meet the challenges innovatively and developmentally has become a new topic to educators.As far as a solution is concerned,the future path of ideological and political education is to perfect the people-oriented practice system. We should adapt it to environmental changes,enhance its direction and effectiveness,gradually make it a dimensional one with macro,medium and micro targets,master environmental changes and rules,and construct carrier system,approach system and management evaluation system adaptable to environmental changes.
