加强应用型本科院校保险学专业技能实践教学的研究

Research on Strengthening Practical Teaching of Insurance Professional Skills in Application- oriented Universities

目前,应用型本科院校在保险学专业技能实践教学中存在诸多问题,造成保险学人才培养过程中出现保险学专业学生"就业难"与保险公司"求贤难"的两难困境。应通过加强应用型本科院校保险学专业技能实践教学;制订完善的专业技能实践教学大纲;逐步建立完善的专业技能实践教学体系;适度改变惯用的教学思路与方法;强化课堂教学中的实践教学;加强"双能型"师资队伍建设;提高专业任课教师的社会实践能力来解决这一两难困境。

At present,there are many problems in practical teaching of Insurance professional skills in application- oriented universities,which cause two dilemmas in the process of training Insurance talents: one is that it's hard for Insurane talents to find good jobs; the other is that it's hard for Insurance companies to employ Insurance talents; To solve the problem,we should strengthen practical teaching of Insurance professional skills in application- oriented universities,formulate perfect practical teaching syllabus,develop perfect practical teaching system,moderate conventional teaching ideas and methods,strengthen practical teaching in classroom,strengthen training of 'double type'teaching staff,and improve professional teachers' ability of social practice.
