Carrying forward the spirit of Lei Feng is an objective need for achieving the goal established at the 18 th CPC National Congress,an important measure for building a cultural socialist power and an inherent requirement for promoting the construction of a harmonious society. As an important part of advanced socialist culture,spirit of Lei Feng is becoming a powerful impetus for building a moderately prosperous society.
