On Issues of Cultural Creative Industry in Western Jilin

吉林西部文化创意产业快速持续发展,产业规模不断壮大,已经成为吉林西部地区加快转变经济发展方式、提高经济发展质量和效益的重要选择。在其发展过程中存在着创意意识相对滞后、自我发展能力不强、文化产业人才短缺、资源整合力度不够等问题,为此,吉林西部地区应通过培育创新精神和创新文化、完善产业发展规划、引导产业集群发展、积极培育区域特色文化品牌、优化文化创意产业发展环境等对策,充分挖掘地方文化创意产业的潜质,以推动吉林西部文化创新,为吉林西部快速崛起,实现经济社会跨越式发展奠定基础。

The cultural creative industry in western Jilin,with its rapid and continuous development and growing scale,has become an important choice to speed up the transformation of economic pattern and to improve the quality and efficiency of economic development. Some problems exist in the process of its development,such as relative lag of creative awareness,weak self- development,shortage of talents,deficient resources integration and so on. Therefore,Western Jilin should strengthen innovative spirit and culture,improve development planning of industry,guide development of industrial cluster,cultivate cultural brands with regional characteristics,optimize environment of cultural creative industry and fully excavate potential of local cultural creative industry to promote cultural innovation and lay foundation for its rapid rise and the great- leap- forward development of its economy and society.
