东北地区建筑施工组织设计的优化探讨

On Optimization of Organization and Design of Construction in Northeast China

东北地区工程项目管理的中心任务是施工组织,一个良好的施工组织设计足以使工程项目实现高效率、优质量、低成本的目标,从而取得最合理的经济效益.本文结合东北地区工程项目施工组织设计对施工企业产生的影响及相关问题进行剖析,结合国内外相似的工程经验,提出优化措施,借以提升组织者的决策水平,提高工程效率.

The central task of engineering project management in Northeast China is organization of construction. A good organization and design of construction can help the project to be completed with high efficiency,excellent quality and low cost so as to obtain the most reasonable economic benefit. This paper analyzes the influence of organization and design construction of in Northeast China on construction enterprises and the related issues,summarizes similar engineering exprience at home and abroad,and puts forward optimization measures in order to improve the decision- making level of the organizers and the efficiency of engineering.
