Education of employment outlook is an important part of ideological and political education for university graduates. It is carried out with periodical education through theory teaching in classroom and social practice to stimulate graduates' subjective consciousness. Based on current situation of social employment,university should give full play to the educational power and influence from itself and society,strengthen employment guidance and create a good platform of ideological and political education for students.
