高校思想政治教育的成效事关一个国家的兴旺发达,实践是思想政治教育的重要环节,实践基地是实践的重要载体与阵地,实践基地体系的构建情况将对高校思想政治教育产生重大的影响。但目前高校思想政治教育实践基地不成体系,并存在各种问题,应通过提高认识和重视程度,专设监管机构,建立配套完善的管理制度体系,制定经费保障措施,从而确保高校思想政治教育实践基地体系构建的顺利运行。

Ideological and political education in university is of vital importance to a nation's prosperity,and practice is one of its important links. Practice base is the carrier and battlefield of practice,and the construction of its system will have a great influence on the ideological and political education in university. At pre sent there is no systerm but many problems in it. University should realize its importance,set up regulatory agencies,establish perfectly matched management system and make financial security measures to ensure its smooth operation.
