专业型美术人才培养模式的新思考

专业型美术人才的培养方向是在相对系统化、规范化的教学过程中,培养出专业技术相对精湛的美术人才,突出个性化与专业性。纯绘画专业的教学目的是为了培养出画家、雕塑家等,而设计专业的教学目的是为了培养出设计师等。相对于教育型美术人才"2+2"的培养模式,专业型美术人才"1+3"的培养模式则更强调"创新",并且是"个人的创新"。本文从专业型美术人才培养模式的现状分析、培养目的,以及对培养模式的适当调整三个方面,详细阐述这一具体教学模式的内涵。

The cultivation direction of professional fine arts talents is to cultivate skilled talents with individuality and professionalism in systematic and standardized teaching process. The teaching purpose of pure painting major is to cultivate painters and sculptors while the teaching purpose of design major is to cultivate designers.Compared with the '2 + 2'cultivation mode of educational fine arts talents,the '1 + 3'cultivation mode of professional fine arts talents focuses on individual innovation. This paper elaborates the connotation of the cultivation mode of professional fine arts talents from its present situation,cultivation purpose and appropriate adjustments.
