Collecting fees is an important daily work for financial department of uiversity. With the deepening reform of education system and the increasing scale of university,fees paid by students are also rising,and the charging situation is becoming more and more complex. In this case,informatization and refinement should be applied to charging work of university,which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of charge management and its service level.
