社会转型背景下法律信任建构问题研究

Research on Construction of Legal Trust under the Background of Social Transformation

法治对于转型期的中国意义重大,法治的内在要素要求人们对于法律的普遍信任甚至信仰,然而,当下的中国,建立法律信任体系是一个系统而复杂的工程,不能一蹴而就。本文从法律信任与法律信仰的区别出发,探讨中国当前条件下法律信任缺失的原因及法律信任在中国的建构路径。

The rule of law is of great significance to China in the midst of transformation. The inner elements of the rule of law require that people trust or have faith in the law. Construction of legal trust system is complica ted and cannot be done overnight. Based on the differences between legal trust and legal faith,this paper discu sses the reasons for the lack of legal trust and the ways to construct legal trust in China under the current situation.
