翻译教学在大学英语教学中占有重要的地位。分析大学生的群体特点及大学课堂的独立性,比较传统教学模式下的教学效果,指出任务型教学法适应大学英语翻译教学改革的趋势。通过阐述如何将任务型教学有效地应用于大学英语翻译教学之中,进一步探讨任务型教学法对大学英语翻译教学的影响。

Translation teaching plays an important role in College English teaching. Based on the characte ristics of university students,the independence of university classroom,and the teaching effects of traditional teaching modes,this paper points out that task- based approach suits for the reform trend of College English translation teaching,sets forth how to apply it in the College English translation teaching effectively and discusses its effect on the translation teaching.
