论吉林西部农村城镇化进程中的新型职业农民教育

On Education of New-type Vocational Farmers in Rural Urbanization of Western Jilin

随着吉林西部新型城镇化的发展,农村对新型职业农民的需要大幅度增加,对新型职业农民要加强培训和教育已经势在必行,新型职业农民教育工作的主体是农民,政策性强,涉及面广。在解析新型职业农民的概念的基础上,分析吉林西部新型职业农民教育的问题,提出加强新型职业农民教育的途径,提出制度、资金等方面的支持;通过培养、进行身份认定和管理、落实政策扶持等一系列工作,提高新型职业农民投身农业的积极性,使培养和教育工作取得实效和长效。

The development of new- type urbanization in Western Jilin needs more and more new- type vocational farmers. It is imperative to strengthen their training and education,which is policy- oriented and involves wide fields and in which farmers are the main body. This paper explains the concept of new- type vocational farmers,analyzes the problem of their education,and puts forward ways to strengthen their education. In order to achieve long- term tangible results,their enthusiasm for agriculture should be enhanced through a series of work such as institutional and financial support,cultivation,identity recognition,management,and implementation of policy support.
