为加快建设新型的城镇化建设,应准确理解和把握城镇体系的相关理论,反思在推进城镇化过程中存在的"逆向扩张"、"滞后的城市化"等城市发展的一系列问题,科学认识和不断探索新形势下城镇化体系建设的发展规律,建设合理的城镇体系。

In order to speed up new urbanization and the construction of reasonable urban system,we should understand and grasp accurately relevant theories of urban system,reflect on existing problems in urbanization such as reverse expansion and lagging urbanization,and keep exploring the developing law of urbanization in the new situation.
