论毛泽东在广州农讲所时期的农运干部教育思想

On Mao Zedong's Thought of Cadre Education during his Working at Guangzhou Peasants' Training Institute

毛泽东在主办第六届广州农讲所时期,形成了比较丰富的干部教育思想。他认为,要取得国民革命的胜利,就必须高度重视农民问题与农民运动;要开展农民运动,就要造就指导"农民运动人材";培养"农民运动人材",要把革命理论教育与社会实践并重;要根据革命斗争的需要来确定干部教育的内容;干部教育需要建设一支优秀的教师队伍。

Mao Zedong formed a rich thought of cadre education during his hosting the sixth session of Guangzhou peasants' training Institute. He believed that the peasant problem and peasant movement must be paid great attention in order to win the victory of the national revolution,that a large number of 'peasant movement talents'must be cultivated and guided in order to carry out the peasant movement,that the theory for cultivating and guiding the 'peasant movement talents'must be integrated with practice,that the content of cadre education must be determined according to the needs of the revolutionary struggle,and that a team of excellent teachers must be needed for cadre education.
