吉林省民办高等教育政策的问题与对策分析

Analysis on the Problems of the Private Higher Education Policy in Jilin Province and the Countermeasures

目前吉林省民办高等教育已进入到由规范管理到扶持发展的重要时期,一些民办高校已逐步体现其发展的特色与优势。在此背景下,结合吉林省民办高等教育政策制度情况,进一步梳理民办高等教育发展的政策环境与存在问题,从政策制定的战略性、政策服务主体性、公平与效率等方面进行分析,提出支持民办高等教育发展的政策策略与方向。

At present,the private higher education in Jilin province has entered into an important period from the standard management to the support of the development,and some private colleges and universities have gradually reflected the characteristics and advantages of their development. Under this background,this paper combining with the policy of private higher education in Jilin province,analyzes the policy environment and the existing problems,puts forward the direction and strategy of policies to support the development of private higher education from the perspective of the strategic policy making,subjectivity,fairness and efficiency of policy service,etc.
