摘要
幼儿教师的专业素质水平不仅决定了学前教育的科学发展,而且对国家的未来发展和个人的健康成长都起着特殊重要的作用。通过问卷调查法和访谈法对位于吉林西部的白城市的四所幼儿园的幼儿教师专业素质情况进行调查和分析,结合相关数据,从幼儿教师职后培训的维度提出提高幼儿教师专业素质的策略。
Kindergarten teachers' professional quality level not only determines the scientific development of preschool education,but also plays an important role in the future development of the country and the healthy growth of individuals. This paper makes investigation and analysis of the professional quality of four kindergarten teachers in Baicheng city in the west of Jilin province by questionnaire and interview. Based on relevant data,strategies to improve the professional quality of Kindergarten teachers are given from the dimension of post training of kindergarten teachers.
