脱硫石膏改良盐碱地对水稻土壤理化性质和微生物数量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过试验研究脱硫石膏改良后,白城市洮北区德顺乡英格尔村稻田土的微生物区系、有机质、pH值及全盐总量的变化情况.结果表明,经过改良盐碱地的有机质平均增加值为0.517%,pH值从8.89下降至7.70;EC值差异不显著,为0.0321%,平均值相差不大;土壤微生物数量呈逐年增加的趋势,以细菌的数量占优势,由对照组2.13×106增至1.091×107cfu·g^(-1),增加5.12倍,放线菌次之,数量在6.27×105增至2.33×106cfu·g^(-1),真菌数量由2.43×10~4增至4.26×10~4cfu·g^(-1).结果表明,脱硫石膏改良盐碱地开发水田后的土壤肥力高、质地好,适于三大类微生物的生长,为进一步研究奠定基础,也为推广应用脱硫石膏改良盐碱地提供技术支撑. This paper mainly through desulfurized gypsum on improvement of saline-alkali soil( Yinggeer village,Shunde town,Taobei distract,Baicheng city) research on microbial flora,organic matter content,pH Value and total salt content in paddy soil. The results showed that after soil improvement,organic matter content on average increased to 0. 517%,pH decreased from 8. 89 to 7. 70,total salinity was 0. 0321% and it had no significant difference. The quantity of soil microbial increased year by year,the number of bacteria ranged from2. 13 × 106 to 1. 091 × 107cfu·g^(-1),increased 5. 12 times,the number of actinomycetes ranged from 6. 27 × 105 to 2. 33 × 106cfu·g^(-1),the number of fungi ranged from 2. 43 × 10~4 to 4. 26 × 10~4cfu·g^(-1). The data shows that the fertility and texture of paddy soil became better than before after desulfurized gypsum improvement,was suitable for the growth of the three types of microorganisms. This study laid a foundation for further research,and provided technical support to promote application of desulfurization gypsum improvement of saline-alkali land.
