摘要
目前浸制标本研究的瓶颈在于无法同时将花和绿叶的颜色保色到最佳效果,针对这个问题,采取了将花和枝叶分开处理的方法,取得了较好的保色效果.并将红花部分的固定液和保存液的配方进行了优化,再与前人的配方进行比较试验.
At present,the bottleneck of the research of specimen and it is impossible to keep the color of flowers and green leaves at the same time to the best effect. To solve this problem,the author take a method of treating the flowers and the leaves separately,achieved a good results. Optimize the fixing liquid and preserving liquid of safflower,and compare with previous experiments.
