基于SWOT理论优化大学生思想政治教育环境

Optimization of Ideological and Political Education Environment of College Students Based on SWOT Theory

改革开放以来,社会外部环境既给大学生思想政治素质、道德品质的形成与发展带来了机遇,也使其面临威胁。虽然目前大学生思想政治教育的内部环境不断优化,但仍不尽完善。本文采用SWOT态势分析法,将大学生思想政治教育的内部和外部环境进行系统的分析整合,利用外部机会和自身优势,弱化自身劣势并抵御外部威胁,提出切实可行的优化对策,提高思想政治教育的实效性。

Since the reform and opening up,the social environment brings opportunities to the formation and development of college students' ideological and political quality and moral quality,which is also under threat.Although the internal environment of college students' ideological and political education is constantly optimized,but it is still not perfect. With SWOT analysis method,the paper makes integration of the internal and external environment of ideological and political education of college students by the use of external opportunities and own advantages and weakening their own weaknesses and resisting external threats,and puts forward the feasible optimization measures to improve effectiveness of the ideological and political education.
