地方高校学生宿舍多元化管理模式探究

On the Diversified Management Modes of Students' Dormitories in Local Colleges and Universities

结合多年的宿舍管理工作经验,针对一些地方高校实地调研、走访中发现的学生宿舍管理存在的问题,提出高校宿舍多元化管理和宿舍文化建设等方面的粗浅认识和看法,努力探索一条行之有效的宿舍多元化管理途径。

Combining with years of experience in dormitory management,we find some problems in the students dormitory management according to the investigation and interview in some local colleges and universities. This paper proposes college dormitory diversified management and the construction of dormitory culture to explore an effective way of dormitory diversified management.
