摘要
本研究主要采用田间试验法,分别记录在两种不同类型土壤处理下在谷子的抽穗期、开花期、灌浆期、成熟期内的谷子光合性指标.自抽穗期开始,随着生育期进程逐渐降低,到了成熟期光合指标达到最小值.盐碱土条件下谷子叶片叶绿素含量变化规律与光合速率变化规律相吻合.两种土壤条件下,谷子的叶片胞间CO2变化规律与叶绿素含量及光合速率的变化规律相反.
This research mainly uses the field testing method,respectively in Foxtail Millet at heading stage,flowering stage,filling stage,the mature period of recorded in two different types of soil treatment of millet photosynthetic index. Since the beginning of heading stage,gradually decreases with the process of growth period to mature period to reach the minimum. In saline alkali soil millet leaf chlorophyll content change rule and photosynthetic rate changes coincide. Two kinds of soils,millet leaf intercellular CO2 variation of chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of the opposite change.
