It is very important to development wetland cultural tourism for the sustainable development in Xianghai nature reserve. This paper analyzes that the wetland culture tourism resources mainly include historical monuments,food culture and nomadic culture,bird culture,wind power culture and folk culture,etc. Then,it put forward the main ideas of the development of cultural tourism products,mainly including leisure tourism,farm tourism,study tourism,health tourism,art tourism and folk tourism,etc.
