推进大学生基层就业的思想政治教育路径分析

大学毕业生基层就业已经成为当下毕业生就业的选择之一,并且随着高校招生的不断扩大,毕业生基层就业越来越引起国家、社会和高校的关注。但是,由于受传统就业观的影响,毕业生对基层就业在思想和认知上都存在着一些偏差和误解。为了减少大学毕业生对基层就业认知上的偏差,应加强对毕业生进行基层就业思想政治教育,从而使大学毕业生树立正确的基层就业观。

The employment of college graduates at the grass- roots level has become one of the choices of graduates. And with the continuous expansion of college enrollment,the employment of college graduates increasingly attracts the attention of the country,the society and colleges and universities. However,due to the influence of the traditional employment concept,there are some cognitive biases and misunderstandings in the thought and cognition of graduates. We should strengthen the ideological and political education of college graduates to make college graduates establish a correct concept of employment in order to reduce the deviation of college graduates' cognition on grass- roots employment.
