在如今"大众创新,万众创业"的背景下,创新发展理念首要的是创新,创新创业型人才培养与高校息息相关,人才是推进改革发展、事业壮大和国家富强的首要因素,高校要与时俱进营造创新创业环境,更要采取切实可行的措施进行实施,并通过实例加以验证,让高校发挥培养人才、服务社会、科学研究的功能,使毕业生能够展示自己的才华,找到自己理想的位置。

Under the of background of today's mass innovation and entrepreneurship,the first important concept of innovation and development is innovation. The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is closely related to colleges and universities. Talents are the primary factors to promote the reform and development,business expansion and national prosperity. Colleges and universities should create innovation and entrepreneurship environment keeping pace with the times,and take practical measures to implement them,and verify them by examples,in order to let colleges and universities play the function of training talents,serving the society and scientific research,so that graduates can display their talents and find their ideal position.
