An Analysis of the Connection Between Law Undergraduate Education and Legal Profession in Common Colleges and Universities

从普通高校法学本科教育和法律职业的关系出发,透视二者的内在关联,揭示当前我国普通本科高校法学本科教育与法律职业二者之间衔接的现状、存在的问题,并对造成这种现状的原因进行分析,以求为化解法律人才培养与市场需求的结构性矛盾,推进普通高校本科法学专业的科学定位和人才培养方式的应用型转型,实现普通高校法学本科教育人才培养的专业化、职业化奠定基础。

From the relationship of law undergraduate education in common colleges and universities and the legal profession,the paper examines the inner relationship of the two and reveals the current situation and problems of the convergence between the law undergraduate education and the legal profession in the general undergraduate colleges and universities of our country,and analyzes the reasons causing this situation,in order to resolve the structural contradiction between legal talents training and market demand,and to promote the scientific orientation of undergraduate law majors in colleges and universities and the application transformation of talents cultivation,and to lay the foundation for specialization and professionalization of talents cultivation of law undergraduate education in common colleges and universities.
