摘要
近日,银监会、发改委印发《关于银行业支持重点领域重大工程建设的指导意见》（简称《银行业指导意见》）,要求银行业做好重大工程项目建设金融服务,针对政府和社会资本合作（简称PPP）项目的特点,创新金融服务,拓展重大工程建设的融资渠道和方式。
The CBRC and the NDRC haw issued 'Guidance on major construction projects in key areas to support the banking sector',requiring banks to do financial senices for important engineering construction projects.However,there are many problems and challenges to face in order to ensure the full implementation of PPP in the country,promoting the efficiency and quality upgrade of public utilities.The commercial banks will also face changes of project participation way and risk response.
